Sleep Disorders Support Group Third Tuesday of each month, 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Free

This national support group— A.W.A.K.E. (Alert, Well and Keeping Energetic)—was founded by the American Sleep Apnea Association, whose mission is to enhance the lives of people with sleep apnea. Open to anyone affected by sleep apnea, including patients, family members and friends, the group features speakers, personal testimonies and demonstrations of the latest treatments for sleep apnea. Pregnancy and Parenting Education This program provides opportunities to prepare for childbirth and learn the basics of feeding and caring for your baby. A special class is provided to help you learn how to keep your child safe at home and in the car. Other opportunities include an expectant sibling class and a prenatal yoga class offered in the evenings. You can also sign up for a tour of the Family Birth Center at Sacred Heart. Diabetes Education Wednesdays
